[Usage]

Set 1 tablet into the dedicated shower head and flow it gently from scalp to toes. (1 tablet dissolves in 8 to 10 minutes.)

Add 3 tablets into 160mL of water at a temperature below 36°C to 41°C.

Recommended bathing time is at least 15 minutes, ideally over 30 minutes for optimal effect.

Put 3 tablets into 160 mL of lukewarm water at 36 to 41 degrees or less as a guide. We recommend taking a bath for at least 15 minutes, and the best time is to take a long bath for at least 30 minutes.
