How to use: How to use the floss: Hold the handle and gently move the floss between your teeth, moving it back and forth. Move the floss up and down against your teeth to remove plaque and food particles above and below the gum line. Rinse the floss as needed (repeat with each tooth). How to use the toothpick: Place the tip of the disposable floss between your teeth at the gum line. Gently move it in and out to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate the gums. Rinse as needed.
