How to Use
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply immediately after toweling off after swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, and at least every two hours.
Consult a doctor before use for infants under 6 months.
Sun Protection: Regularly use a broad-spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen. Other sun protection tips include:
Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
