Select two microphones whose sensitivity is as close as possible in both 100Hz and 1kHz frequency bands. Ideal stereo recording is achieved by combining two microphones with the same characteristics. In the XY system, where the two microphones are arranged intersected, three-dimensional stereo sound images with natural depth and breadth can be recorded, and in the AB system, where the two microphones are spread outward, stereo sound images with a wider expanse can be recorded.
