Uji Matcha Green Tea Matagen 40g -

It's made by Uji Marukyu Koyamaen, comes in a 40-gram can with a pull-top lid. Please store in a refrigerated warehouse. No artificial colors or flavorings are used. Marukyu Koyamaen's matcha is characterized by its mild bitterness and subtle sweetness. Put one and a half scoops of matcha powder (or one teaspoon) into a tea bowl, add hot water, and whisk with a bamboo whisk. About 70cc of hot water is recommended. Since matcha is finely ground, it tends to clump, so it is a good idea to strain it through a sieve or tea strainer.
