This is a long-established tea shop run by the Kamibayashi family, a family of Uji tea masters in Kyoto. The owner, Kamibayashi, is responsible for all aspects of our tea production, from purchasing the ingredients to finishing and processing, and inspecting the quality. All of the tea we sell is produced in our own factory in Uji, Kyoto. The owner, Kamibayashi, is a certified Japanese tea instructor and has achieved excellent results in numerous tea tasting competitions. We deliver high quality, authentic Uji tea.
