How to Use

1. Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler. 2. Place the comb at the base of your lashes and lift upward toward the tips to lift and separate. ・When using as a mascara base, apply your regular mascara after it dries. ・When using as a top coat, apply after your regular mascara. ・To remove, use an eye makeup remover.
