Equipped with a completely redesigned driver “F-core DU”: The A5000 is equipped with an “F-core DU” driver developed and designed in-house, including not only parts but production equipment. The sound quality was designed based on Final's own evaluation method established during the development of the A8000, which is the flagship earphone. In addition to the impression of sound that can be clearly heard even at a distance, called a “transparent sound,” you can hear even detailed sounds in the mid to low range, so you can feel a sense of depth in every sound. Also, a newly designed 2-pin soft silver coated cable developed for the A5000 is standard equipment. The braided cable makes it easy to handle, and you can feel the sound of the A5000 even more clearly.
Results of the new sound quality evaluation method: The development of the A series began by establishing a new evaluation method by analyzing the relationship between sound quality and physical characteristics, and the results came to fruition as the A8000. We listen to music recorded in various qualities at different volumes. However, in conventional evaluation methods, it is common to perform subjective evaluations under fixed conditions such as sound pressure showing sound, etc., and it was difficult to determine a good sound in line with actual product auditions. The A5000 uses a new evaluation method to create sounds in line with actual music listening situations.
6mm φdynamic driver unit “F-core DU”: In order to achieve high sound quality that cannot be achieved in this price range, we have established new bases overseas, redesigned driver parts such as diaphragms, voice coils, magnets, magnetic circuits, and adhesives for various parts, and even production equipment, and developed a completely redesigned 6mm φdynamic driver unit “F-core DU.” The driver front housing is made of brass, which is less susceptible to magnetic force than general aluminum and has a higher specific gravity. In order to improve the time response performance of the diaphragm, the voice coil uses a 30μ-ultra-fine CCAW, and the moving parts are thoroughly reduced by assembling them with minimal adhesives. Furthermore, by carefully pressing the diaphragm in small batches of about 1/3 of normal, pressure bias was minimized, and uniform diaphragm molding without distortion was achieved.
3-point holding design for excellent wearing comfort: The A5000 achieves better wearing comfort based on the housing design, which is the optimal solution for IEM established in the development of the B series. Whether or not the earphones are comfortable to wear is determined by the feeling of compression. The method of holding with silicone's repulsive force, such as claiming ergonomics and choosing an organic shape, seems correct at first glance, but force is always applied to the ears, putting a strain on the ears without realizing it, and fatigue accumulates. Compared to the shape that is organic and comes into contact with the ear with a large surface, we aimed for a comfortable fit without feeling oppressive by using a shape that limits the contact area. The housing of the A5000 is held at 3 points for a stable fit. There are a total of 3 points: 1 point of any of the ear pockets, 1 point of the earpiece, and 1 point of the earbud. Therefore, it fits most people's ears.
NEW DESIGN 2-PIN SOFT SILVER COATED CABLE: The included cable is a newly designed product newly developed for the A5000. The 8-core silver-coated OFC wire is woven, making it soft and easy to handle. The 2-Pin connector is a high-precision in-house developed product, and uses the φ0.78 standard, which is considered the most versatile.
Earhooks that eliminate cable touch noise: Earhooks are useful for reducing touch noise, and when worn, the uncomfortable rumbling (cable touch noise) generated by touching the cable and body during walking dramatically decreases. Our conventional earhooks are slimmer than typical earhooks, have no foreign body feel compared to wire or resin cables, and feature the comfort of forgetting you're wearing them. It is a type with a lock mechanism (TYPE B) that can be securely fixed to a cable.
Earpieces using 2 types of silicone materials: Uses 2 types of silicone materials with different hardness between the sound conduit part and the part that touches the ear. The sound conduit part achieves both strength and flexibility by applying groove processing to silicon, which has a higher hardness compared to the part that touches the ear. Soft silicone is used for the part that touches the ear, making it comfortable to wear and highly insulating. By changing the shaft color to gray on one side and red on the other, you can check the shaft color of the earpiece by slightly flipping the earpiece, making it easier to tell the left and right sides apart even in dim places. Furthermore, since the color of the axes of the neighboring sizes is different (the gray axis alternates between dark gray and light gray, and the red axis alternates between red and pink), it is also easy to determine the size. 5 sizes of SS/S/M/L/LL are included.
Silicone carrying case included: This is a silicone carrying case that allows cables to be rolled up and stored easily. The earphone body is softly secured with a thin, dome-shaped silicone lid.
